Thank you for your kind letter of February 23rd. I am glad to learn that the brethren are happy over the decision rendered regarding the bestowal of the Priesthood, and I am pleased to report that the decision as given in that memorable Priesthood meeting has been approved by the First Presidency and the Council of the Twelve.
