Would it not be of immense value to inform the lay membership generally of the study and of the conclusions reached? if the conclusion be that on the basis of our present scriptural knowledge God has commanded that this particular disability but that it is the considered judgment of the leadership that the Negro not be otherwise discriminated against--or whatever the conclusion--the very technique of such inquiry would, if known and followed, demonstrate the dynamic capacity of the Chur[c]h.
