Disobedience to Orders and Unofficiallike Conduct. Specification. In this that Capt. John Scott of the 1st Regiment, 2nd Cohort Nauvoo Legion refused to obey the orders of the Major General Com as recorded in Special Orders N. 3 of the 31st of Jany. Also made use of language publicly calculated to discourage men [?] enrolled for the expedition against the Indians and otherwise render injury to the Service.
