The M.W. Grand Master [Abraham Jonas] announced that since the last annual communication of the Grand Lodge, he had granted a dispensation to P. Underwood as Master, A. Bonny as S. Warden and William Bassett as J. \Y., to form a new lodge at the town of Virginia, Cass County, Illinois.
Also a Dispensation to Luthur Woodward, Master, Andrew K. Patrick, . . . . . . . J. W., to form a new Lodge in the town of Vermillionville, LaSalle County, Illinois.
Also a Dispensation to Levi Lusk, Master James L. Anderson S. W., John Todd Hunter, J W., to form a new lodge in the town of Rushville, Schuyler County, Illinois.
Also a Dispensation to R. H. Marron, Master C. H. Gatewood S. W. and George Webb J. W. to form a new lodge in Shawneetown, County of Gallatin, Illinois.
Also a Dispensation to S. H. Davis, Master, A. O. Garrett, S. W. and John King, J. W., to form a new lodge in the town of Peoria, County of Peoria, Illinois.
