Nigeria in the 2000s saw "LDS annual membership growth rates decreased from 6%-11% between 2001 and 2006 to 5%-6% from 2007-2010." Growth in Cote D'Ivoire was even higher, with "annual membership growth rates during the 2000s ranged from a low of 6.3% in 2008 to a high of 13.7% in 2002 but averaged around 10%.
