During this time in the winter of [18]45 and[18]46 not withstanding my sickness I went into the Temple in Nauvoo and received my endowment by washing and anointing and was sealed to my wife Sophia for time and all eternity, and afterwards we [were] anointed the second time a king and a queen in the Kingdom of God.
