Dec. 12, 1839. A conference was held in the house of Elder P. P. Pratt in Mott St. No. 58— Elder E. Taylor in the chair, Elder Foster Clerk. The conduct of Elder Ball & Richards, was called in question, and after an investigation, all difficulties were amicably settled.
