...the spiritual condition at this time is gloomy also. I called the high council together last week and laid before <them> the case of a company of decenters <dissenters> 28 persons where upon after mature disenssion proceeded to cut them off from the chr; the Leaders were Lyman Smalling Joseph Coe Martin Harris Luke Johnson John Boyinton and W W Parrish.
