I am not interested in a sponsoring a political debate here — will delete pro-Trump or anti-Trump comments -- but what do you all think about using LDS scriptures this way on one side of a political campaign? *** Update: I've already had to delete more than a dozen comments that strayed into political territory. I'm not interested in whether or not you think the comparison is apt, or what a better one would be. Just the question of appropriateness. Many of you have spoken thoughtfully to that. I don't have time to monitor this page all day so if I've missed some comments that don't fit my framework, forgive me. I have actual stories to write and deadlines to meet.
