Feb. 10th Municipal election of Salt Lake City was held today. Through alleged fraud, illegal voting and colonizing of voters, the Liberals carried the day by a majority of 649. Two precincts were carried by the People's Party, but certificates of election were given to the defeated Liberal candidates who were admitted to office, notwithstanding Judge Zane ruled that the People's men were entitled to hold said office.
