Mormons wear temple garments, or Mormon underwear. They are undergarments that hold a lot of meaning (purity), and they are also worn to help ward off evil spirits and prevent them from entering the body. Most Mormons will wear them under their clothes, especially at church, but some will wear them during sex as well. The garments have a special opening in the crotch area so they don't have to be removed.
