Most gladly will I join with the remaining few whose privilege it was to be personally acquainted with the Prophet of the 19th Century, those who have looked with admiration upon his noble countenance, and listened to his prophetic utterances.

. . .

Oh, how grateful am I that I listened to his voice, which, through earnest prayer and supplication, brought to my inmost soul the power and testimony of the Holy Spirit, and became the voice of God to me.

I rejoice in the onward march of the restored Gospel—established by and through the Prophet of God for the redemption of the human race.
