"A trade group for bars and restaurants is suing Utah to halt new liquor laws that ban daily drink specials and ties the number of club licenses to population quotas.
The Utah Hospitality Association's lawsuit contends the laws hurt businesses and limit free trade. It was filed Thursday in Salt Lake City's U.S. District Court."
