In the fragment called the Book of Abraham, as translated by Joseph Smith, the martyr, from the papyrus found on a mummy, we are told, (I quote from memory), that the Lord taught Abraham the science of astronomy. We are also informed that there is a central or governing planet called "Kolob."

This agrees with recent discoveries in astronomy. One, Maedler [Johann Heinrich von Mädler], discovered that our solar system is moving around a point in the direction of "Pleiades," or the "Seven Stars," requiring an immense time to perform a single revolution.

This may be where the planet "Kolob" is situated; and it may be the location of the "heaven of heavens." And there may be a significant meaning in the question propounded to Job by the Lord; Job 38: 31: "Canst thou bind the sweet influences of Pleiades, or loose the bands of Orion?"
